    Hi,

    I just bought this theme, but after playing with it for two days I realize it’s not the right type of theme for me. Can I switch it to the Photography theme?

    If not possible, can you refund me the money so that I can purchase the Photography theme?

    Hey Kris,

    You can actually request a refund by going to the Store → My Upgrades screen on your admin panel – I believe you should see a refund link there, and then you can purchase Photography.

    Let me know if you hit any difficulties!

    Okay, thank you. I didn’t realize that. I’ll try that and come back if I have any problems, but I don’t expect it.

    Hmm..I’ve asked for a refund but never got the confirmation email? I’ve checked my junk folder but it’s not in there. Any ideas?

    Yes, that’s it, thank you. For some reason it won’t send me the confirmation email – not even to my junk mail folder. If you are able to just switch me to the Photography theme, that would be great, but if you can only offer me a refund then I’ll just wait for the refund and then purchase the Photography theme…

    Hi there,

    I have taken care of the refund for you. The refund is is for the amount you paid for React, so you can purchase the Photography theme separately.
