    Hi guys,

I apologise for the silly question: but where do I access the template I just purchased? When I go to the themes section and click on the Mood one, it says I have to purchase it…

    Can anyone help me please?

    Thank you.

The blog I need help with is fiveboysandagirlblog.wordpress.com

    Hi there. :)

I can see that you have three sites with similar names:

    1. fiveboysandagirl.com

    2. fiveboysandagirlcom.wordpress.com

    3. fiveboysandagirlblog.wordpress.com

Mood was purchased on fiveboysandagirl.com and is currently active on that site also. You can confirm this by navigating to My Sites in the top left of WordPress.com, selecting fiveboysandagirl.com from the site picker, then choosing Themes from the left sidebar:

    https://wordpress.com/themes/fiveboysandagirl.com

Is it possible you were attempting to activate the theme on a different site to fiveboysandagirl.com? It’s only possible to use that theme with the site you purchased it on. If you’d like to transfer the theme to another site then let us know and we can help out with that.

If you’re not using your other two sites then I recommend permanently deleting them to avoid any confusion in the future. That can be done via the General Settings for each site:

    1. https://wordpress.com/settings/general/fiveboysandagirlcom.wordpress.com

    2. https://wordpress.com/settings/general/fiveboysandagirlblog.wordpress.com

As an additional note: I see that you have a WordPress.com Premium plan active on fiveboysandagirl.com. That plan includes the cost of all of our Premium themes. It’s not necessary to purchase standalone Premium themes unless it’s important for you to own a theme for “life” rather than having to renew the plan annually.

Were you aware of the above? If not, let me know if you’d like to continue with the standalone Premium theme or if you’d like a refund (you’d still be able to use Mood on your site as it’s included in the WordPress.com Premium plan).

    Thanks!
