    I love the grid format available on the front page. I would like this same grid format to appear when I select a category to view the archival posts indexed in that category. eg when I select gift ideas, the posts appear in traditional sequential format rather than the nice grid style. Can this be adjusted?

    Hi,

    I’m afraid the theme only supports the special grid styling on the front page.

    Ok no problem. As far as the display otherwise when clicking on the category archive, is it possible to just have a sort of preview of the posts display? Currently the post is displayed in full and some are very long so navigating among separate posts is cumbersome.

    Hi,

    While there isn’t a setting to automatically show previews just for archives, what you can do is use the More tag in your posts: http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/

    This will allow you to mark where in the post it should be cut off on archives and the home page (but you’re using the grid on the front page, so that shouldn’t be an issue).

    Sorry for the delay, thanks– I did figure out how to use the “more” and it works fine for now. Thanks for all the great help here! Very pleased with the theme.
