Uploading videos and images

Hi there,
I just purchased the Little Story theme. Before purchasing I looked to see if i could upload videos and images in different formats but now it seems like i have to spend more money to do this. Is that true?

You need the upgrade to upload Video and Audio files. Images can be uploaded without the upgrade.
