Hi, I like the layout of the theme, but I am not sure how to make it the same from my existing theme layout. Any guide will be appreciated.

The demo has the latest blog posts on the front page, while you have a static welcome page. If you want to set your front page to display your latest posts instead, you can do that in your Customizer‘s Homepage Settings panel.
