    From December 24 through January 1, our staff will be taking some time off, so replies in this forum may take a little longer than usual.

    Our public support forums are always open, in case you have any questions that the community might be able to help with. If you need a refund and it’s within 30 days after your theme purchase, you can get one directly through your dashboard, under Store > My Upgrades.
