Hello everyone,
the sharing buttons are showing on pages, e.g.: https://database-heartbeat.com/categories/
but not on posts, e.g.: https://database-heartbeat.com/2020/12/31/what-options-do-i-have-to-deploy-oracle-rac-on-oracle-cloud/Under “Marketing”, “Sharing Buttons”, “Options”, “Show like and sharing buttons on”
both “pages” and “posts” are activated.When I deactivate “pages”, it disappears from the above page. But enabling or disabling “posts” doesn’t work.
I tried different Themes, different web browsers, and cleared the cache.
Any advice?Thanks,

Hi there!
I’ve checked a few of your posts, and it looks like they have the Sharing Buttons disabled on the post’s settings — to enable that, you’d want to open the post from the Site > Posts area of WordPress.com here: https://wordpress.com/posts/
At the top right of the editor, you’ll see a button with a green logo on it — I marked it off on the screenshot below:
When you click on that, you’ll see the option to allow the Sharing Buttons to be enabled is unchecked — if you check that, and then click the blue Save Changes button at the top-right of the editor, the buttons will then show on your site!
