    I have temporarily turned off the sharing buttons for “Pages” because when I activated the static page as front page, there were sharing and like buttons on it! Hideous.

    However, I would like to re-activate the like and sharing buttons on the About page and the rest of the pages. I just want them off from the front page.

    Please can you help me with this. Cheers

    You can turn Sharing buttons on and off on a per-page basis when editing the page. Just scroll down to below the editing box and find the “Likes and Shares” section. From there, you can check the boxes to turn Likes and Sharing off or on for that particular page.

    Ahh alright, copy that. I’ve managed to turn on likes for all pages and just deactivate them from the front page using the editing box.
