Is there a way to remove the Date, Categories and Number of Comments from the main page below each and every post?

Secondly, is there a way to shrink the Date, Categories, Comments and Tags box that appears within each individual post? It is way out of proportion to the text and images.

I have only bought the theme and not the CSS Upgrade so those options aren’t available to me.

Hello,

They can be removed, but only with the Custom Design upgrade (it requires custom CSS, as you mentioned).

Regarding the single post view, we are working on an option that would present that info in a small horizontal line across the top of the post, rather than the big gray box. This would look the same as it does now when you have a narrow browser size (like on an iPad or smartphone). You can see it by shrinking the size of your browser. We don’t have a date yet, but we’re working on it.

Hi there,

I’m just following up on Kirk’s reply. We have just updated Just Desserts that will display the post info in a horizontal line above the post, instead of inside the grey box.

To activate the option, Go to Appearance > Customize, and click on “Theme Options”. Find the following option: “Display single post info horizontally (above the post content) instead of inside a grey box?” Select “yes”, and then click “Save”.
