    – How can I add the footer widget globally to every page, not just Front Page template pages.

    – Is it possible to shortcode the Portfolio grid coding into other pages, not just Front Page templates?

    – Is it possible to filter the portfolio(s) with the shortcode and display them by “Type”

    – Is there a way to shortcode other Front Page sections into subpages? (to add blog section at bottom of page content)

    Hi there,

How can I add the footer widget globally to every page, not just Front Page template pages.

Is there a way to shortcode other Front Page sections into subpages? (to add blog section at bottom of page content)

The Mood theme has several widget areas that appear only on the front page. The theme does not have a Footer widget area that appears on every page.

Changing the theme’s front page widget areas to appear on every page would require changing the theme’s PHP code. We don’t provide support for custom PHP code, but you may wish to hire a web developer to help you with that.

Is it possible to shortcode the Portfolio grid coding into other pages, not just Front Page templates?

You can add the [portfolio] shortcode to any page. You can learn more about that here:

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/portfolios/portfolio-shortcode/

However, the theme’s front page portfolio section will only appear on the front page. Changing that would require changing the theme’s PHP code, as mentioned above.

Is it possible to filter the portfolio(s) with the shortcode and display them by “Type”

You can use the [portfolio] shortcode to display portfolio projects with a specific portfolio project type. However, it is not possible to filter or change the portfolio project type shown within the shortcode.

If you have further questions, I’d recommend reaching us via chat or email at https://wordpress.com/help/contact, since your site is on the WordPress.com Business plan.
