Hey there, we were really excited about using this theme on our WordPress.com site(https://gregdriesphotographer.wordpress.com/), however we have now decided to move to WordPress.org instead. Is it at all possible to use this theme on there?

Hi there,
Themes can’t be transferred from WordPress.com to another web host. Instead, you can purchase a separate version of Mood on Creative Market:

If you’d like a refund for your WordPress.com purchase please let us know within the next week and we’ll get that sorted for you. We’ll be happy to help with any questions that come up during the move to WordPress.org too.
Thank you so much Siobhan! I already have the domain for WordPress.org, so I will soon be purchasing the theme from Creative Market. I really appreciate the offer of a refund as I was fully expecting to buy it twice, however I cannot find an option anywhere to request the refund. Would you happen to know where this is, or do we contact you directly?

Refunds are available for up to 30 days after the purchase here: https://wordpress.com/purchases
Your purchase was a little bit outside the refund window, but I’ve gone ahead and issued the refund for you and removed the theme from gregdriesphotographer.wordpress.com so you can repurchase it from Creative Market.
