    Hi there. I have just purchased this great theme but it has been installed on the wordpress.com hosted blog that I do not use as opposed to my other main blog. How do I get my recently purchased theme onto the correct blog?

    Hi there, you can transfer the theme to another site on your account by logging into your dashboard on the blog that now has the theme, and heading to Store > My Upgrades. Click “Transfer to another site” and follow the prompts.

    I had a look on your account and I don’t actually see any other WordPress.com sites – do you have one under another username? What’s the address of the WordPress.com site to which you want to transfer the theme?

    It is self-hosted! That was probably important to mention. I just want the zip file of theme I purchased! Is this possible? Thanks for your time.

    Blog is http://www.activelifestore.com/blog . I know it is not necessarily attached to our wordpress.com account, however it does show up on the upper right drop-down under ‘my blogs’. Thanks so much.

    Thanks for clarifying that you have a self-hosted site. Themes purchased on WordPress.com can only be used on a WordPress.com site. They can’t be downloaded or transferred to a self-hosted installation.

    You can get a full refund for the theme under Store > My Upgrades, by clicking the Cancel and Refund button for up to 30 days after purchase.
