Why does my blog not appear as advertised on Newsy Demo.
Themes won’t appear the same as a demo site unless they are modified to use the same settings as the demo site. I can help you take a look! Usually the theme’s help page will explain all the settings so you can get the result you’re looking for.

I compared the screenshot there to http://aseandigest.net/ and the main differences that I can see are that the content is longer on your site and you’ve picked different accent and link colors. I also see that the sidebar is on the left in your theme—to move it to the right, go to Appearance > Theme Options and select the “Wide — Narrow” sidebar layout option.
Problem with Newsy. How come the whole report is published instead of .Read More’ as other blogs. How to rectify this problem. I thought it was included in Newsy.
Hi there, some themes display the full post on the blog page, while others display an excerpt with a “Read more” link.
Newsy is a theme that displays the full post on the blog page by default, but there are two things you can do manually to display only a portion of the post on the blog page:
1) Add the More tag to posts: http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/
2) For longer posts, use the Next Page tag to paginate the post:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/nextpage/
