    Hello,

    We need to install the theme Blog Simple, already purchased for 60 USD, on our own hosting. Usually other WP premium themes designers offer an instand .zip file download. How to get it int his case ?

    Hi Andrea. When you purchase a theme on WordPress.com you are purchasing the theme for a blog on WordPress.com. No ZIP comes with this purchase. If you would like to move away from WordPress.com and purchase the theme for a self-hosted blog, then I suggest initiating a refund for the theme under Store → My Upgrades and then purchasing the theme for self-hosted blogs here. Hope that helps.

    Hi Philip,

    Thank you for the reply, it is exactly what i was looking for. Actually few articles and comments are already on the blog that i would have as self hosted. Could you tell me the timing of refund and the related switch off of the blog theme on wordpress.com ? Just to plan the migration on self hosted solution, thanks

    Hi Andrea. The timing is completely up to you, but you only have until July 12th to initiate a refund for the theme. You can do this by going to Dashboard → Store → My Upgrades and canceling the theme. Please let me know if you need any additional help.
