Jardín Secreto Resort HolísticoMemberHey, i would like to know if there’s any way to hide the page title. The thing is they are barely visible with the featured image and i can’t html edit it to add a background text color… so, the question is if i can get rid of them withouth getting a -untitled- instead… or, if there’s a way to html edit it.
Thank you very much.

Kathryn P.Happiness EngineerHi there – you’d need Custom CSS to hide the page titles overlaid on top of featured images. Custom CSS is available with the Premium or Business plans.
All premium themes are included in the Premium plan, so if you decided to upgrade, I could refund your US$39 Forefront purchase.
If you prefer not to upgrade at this time, an alternative could be to use featured images that are darker, to let the white page titles show up more clearly on top of them.
Just let me know if you have any other questions.

acckteensMemberI just upgraded myself due to the limitations from Forefront on the personal plan – Please let me know how I could receive a refund for the Forefront purchase. I am also adding CSS code that I am finding in these threads, and it isn’t working, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

proactivehealthnutritionMemberI realize this is an old post but I am also wondering how to do this on my home page only… Not sure if this is possible but on different screen sizes it’s location is not optimal.

C. KitaharaMemberHi there!
You can hide the title using CSS code like this:
/*— Hide front page title / #164752-th ck —*/
.front-page-content-area .with-featured-image .page-title {
display: none !important; /*to override media queries*/
}Please copy and paste it in the Customizer > Additional CSS panel after everything else in there.
Also just a heads-up that since your site has a Business plan, you’re entitled to live-chat and email support, accessible here:
https://wordpress.com/help/contact
You’re welcome to still post in these forums, but those other support avenues may be faster, and you’ll always get a staff reply.
