Hi

Is there a way to edit the layout on the footers?

All content is in columns – can it be in rows?

Alternatively is there a way to install a 2nd footer?

So the footer offers three widget areas where you can add any widgets you like. You aren’t required to use only the widgets that are presented in the demo of the theme. https://forefrontdemo.wordpress.com/

Hmm, is this still about the footer?

You can add more than one widget in each footer area, so in essence, you can create rows on the desktop view of the site.

No, but again, you can have more than one row of widgets, so you can have more content in the footer than is present in the theme demo.
