How do i make only excerpts to appear on front page as all my blog posts are so long in details.

The blog I need help with is kittenvoyage.com

Looks like you already figured out how to use the “More” tag to display excerpts on the homepage.

Here’s a full guide on how to use the tag, in case it helps anyone else in the future: http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/

Just let me know if you’re all set.

Its very difficult to edit each post one by one. What if in the future I chose to display back all the post at front page using a different theme.

Some themes display an excerpt on the homepage as part of their design, so they don’t require you to add the “More” tag manually.

If you prefer to have that type of design, you could have a look through the theme showcase to find another theme where excerpts are part of the blog design, if that works better for you.

For example, Oxygen (free) and Oslo display post excerpts on the homepage, as do several dozen others.

Premium themes are refundable for up to 30 days after you buy them, so you still have a bit of time to get a refund if you decide to switch themes.

Just let me know if you need further help.
