Last year I renamed my blog, assigned that blog to a new url and email address, and purchased an upgrade to redirect readers from the old url to the new. I did not delete the original blog.

This is the url for the original blog: http://taylorhicksnews.wordpress.com
This is the url for the new blog (premium Linen theme): http://ontapblog.wordpress.com

I would like to halt the site redirect from the old url to the new, if possible, to add new original content to the original blog.

However, I want to be sure that none of the content will be lost from the ontapblog.wordpress.com site in doing so. All of the content from the original blog now resides at the ontapblog url and should remain there. Ideally, I would like to end up with 2 blogs with completely separate content, and all new content at the original blog site.

Does this make sense?! Would it be easier and less risky just to start a new blog for the new content??

The blog I need help with is ontapblog.wordpress.com

Hi, taylorhicksnews. You can manage, turn off, and delete the site redirect from the Domains page in the WordPress.com admin area. No content will be deleted from either blog.

    I hope that helps!
