Hi there – I’m hoping you can help us figure out why our website shows up all jumbled when using Internet Explorer. Unfortunately, we know much of our blog audience access the site this way, so we need to fix the issue as soon as possible. usfwsnortheasttest.wordpress.com, FUNKI theme.

One of the very helpful happy engineers assisted us in customizing the CSS, and while it looks great on Safari, Firefox and Chrome, the customized CSS elements look way off in IE (such as the slideshow text and colors). Sadly, it’s not just a detail that’s off; you can’t read any of the text because it’s squished to one letter per line.

    How can we fix this?

    Thanks!

The blog I need help with is usfwsnortheasttest.wordpress.com

I looked at your site in a few different versions of IE, but had a hard time reproducing the issues that you reported – especially the one where the text get squished.

Which version of IE do you see this problem in?

Is it possible to post links to screenshots of the issues?

Hi there! Thanks for getting back to us. We actually changed to a new template today, and I think that template shows up fine in IE. The browser issue that we’re trying to address now is mobile — the header graphic is reduced to a very small size when viewed on iPad. Any thoughts?

    Thank you!

It looks like you have switched themes again and there is no longer a header image. Do you still need help with this issue?
