Hello, I am new to customizing a blog. I just purchased the new theme and I’d like to change the accent color– for instance, the little tags on the sidebar that say “about me,” etc. The default is red. When I choose the color that I’d like (a pink), I save it. But then when I go back in later, it’s back to the default red. What am I doing wrong here? Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks.

    Hi there!

I just took a look at your site at http://youcanhandlethetruth.wordpress.com/ and I see a pink accent color there. Here’s what I see: https://cloudup.com/cNfXnldnFnL

It looks like you have that working now, but if you have any other questions about that please let me know.

If you’re all set for now but want to learn more about how you can customize your blog, you can read more about the three Custom Design features here:

We also have tips for using CSS to customize your blog here:

In addition to the Bon Vivant support forum, you can also get help with CSS from expert staff and volunteers in the CSS Customization forum. I hope this helps! :)
