Background margin of the right sidebar

  Hey !

  I’m working on the right sidebar of the further theme and I’m not able to establish a margin before the text in the widget area (distance between text and border of the background (grey).

  In the same way, i’m not able to down the sidebar and the top of thé post in order to have twice at the same height.

  Can you help me ?
