Appearence editor in Dashboard

Hi,

I can’t find the appearence editor in the WP area to install the Facebook Page Plugin. Is it because of the theme?
The blog I need help with is patrurandurisijumatate.wordpress.com

Plugins can be added with WordPress.com Business. You can compare plans here:

If you’re looking to add a box where people can “like” your Facebook page,we already have a Facebook page box built in – no outside plugin needed. You can add it in your Customizer‘s Widgets panel and learn how to set it up here:
