An Excerpt of Each Blog Post

Hi, can you tell me if its possible to only show an excerpt of each blog post rather than the full post. Readers would then click a “read full post / read more” button to see the full post.

Howdy! Yes indeed, you can use the “More” tag in your posts to do this:
